Personalized mass email from Gmail that still reads like you

To send a personalized mass email from Gmail, each message has to go out on its own, addressed to one person, with details that only make sense for them. Innmail does that from your own Gmail and lets you read every version before it sends.

Why BCC is not a personalized mass email

Pasting a list into BCC sends one identical message to everyone. There is no name, nothing specific, and anyone who replies is replying to a broadcast. People can tell.

A personalized mass email is really many single emails. Innmail sends them one at a time from your address, each with only that person in the To field, so a reply is a normal one-to-one conversation in your inbox.

Three layers of personalization

Variables come first. Each column in your CSV becomes a variable: {{firstName}} and {{company}} are the usual ones, but a column like metAt or lastProject is often what makes an email feel written rather than merged.

Next, AI can write a per-contact variable. You describe what you want, for example one sentence about what their company shipped recently, and it fills in a value for each row.

Last, your voice. Innmail can learn your writing style from a small sample of your sent emails and draft or rewrite the template so it sounds like you, not like a template.

Read every email before Gmail sends it

"Preview each email" shows the finished message for every contact. This is where you spot the AI line that missed, or the company name in all caps from a messy export.

With the review queue on, each first email waits for you. Edit it for that person, approve it, or skip it. Fixing one awkward email never means touching the template for everyone else.

How "mass" this really is

Innmail is deliberately capped. A daily limit that ramps up slowly on new mailboxes, a randomized delay between sends, and a sending window all keep the pace human. If you need thousands of emails a day across many inboxes, high-volume tools like Instantly or Smartlead are built for that. Innmail is for a list of people you would be glad to hear back from.

Frequently asked questions

How do I personalize each email in a Gmail mass send?

Put each detail in its own CSV column and reference it as {{columnName}} in the subject or body. Innmail fills it in per contact and shows you the result before sending.

Can AI write a different line for every contact?

Yes. AI can generate a per-contact variable from the information in each row, and you review every result in the preview or the review queue.

What if a contact is missing a value?

You will see it in the preview, because it shows exactly what will be sent. Fix the row in your list, or edit that one email in the review queue before approving it.

Will it look like a mass email to the person receiving it?

It arrives as a single email from your own address to them alone. Every campaign email does carry a one-click unsubscribe link, which is the respectful thing to include.

Is it free to try?

Yes. There are 500 free credits every day, one per send your provider accepts, with optional credit packs or monthly plans if you need more.

Personal outreach, one email at a time.

Connect your Gmail or any SMTP mailbox, approve each email, and let follow-ups stop the moment someone replies. 500 free credits every day.
