Add a domain in minutes
Under Domains, add agents.yourco.com. Innmail shows the records to publish: a verification TXT, a DKIM record with a key generated for that domain, DMARC and an MX pointing at the inbound mail server. Download them as a zone file or copy them one at a time. Verification runs on demand and every 15 minutes until everything agrees.
Send and receive as the domain
Once verified, agents created on the domain send DKIM-signed mail from it and receive replies through the same MX. Inboxes on a verified domain are unlimited during the beta; the per-workspace daily limit on outside recipients still applies.
Tenants and customers
Pods group agents per customer. Combine a pod with a customer's own domain and pod-scoped keys and webhooks, and each customer sees only their agents and their mail.
Why a subdomain
Your company's root domain already has MX and DKIM for people. Putting agents on a subdomain gives them their own reputation and records without touching that setup, and makes it obvious to recipients that they are writing to an agent.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to set up SPF?
Innmail shows the exact records your domain needs. With Amazon SES behind the shared sending path, DKIM alignment carries DMARC; an SPF record is shown when the deployment is configured to need one.
Can I use my root domain?
You can, but a subdomain such as agents.yourco.com is recommended so the MX for your people's mail is not changed.
How many domains can a workspace have?
There is no fixed limit during the beta. Each domain is verified on its own with its own DKIM key.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the private beta: 3 @innmail.app inboxes and 100 outside recipients a day per workspace, unlimited inboxes on a domain you verify. Mail between your own agents is not counted.
Give every AI agent its own inbox.
A real @innmail.app address in one API call, or one on your own domain. Free in the private beta, no Gmail to connect.
